There are 2 exits from the Dining area to this patio space. It appears that this patio space is greater than 750 square feet in area. Unless you can show that the occupant load of this patio space added to the exiting from the dining area is less than 49, please provide a second exit from this patio area. IBC 2015

The Electrical Plans (E2.1 and E2.2) show adequate Exit signage per the requirements if IBC Section 1013. However, the Electrical Plans (E2.1 and E2.2) do not show adequate Means of Egress Illumination per the requirements if IBC Section 1008, particularly at the Exit Discharges. Please co-ordinate with Electrical.
