1) STATUS: 4-25-2017 Provide 100% plumbing plans. Comments to be addressed. 6-14-2017 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED. 6-22-2017 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 6-22-2017.

3) 2/M502 It appears that the 1" CW serving two flush valve fixtures, two hose bibs and two lavatories may be a little undersized for the application. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED VIA E-MAIL ON 6-15-2017.

4) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT. (23.10.104.8.1) RESOLVED 6-22-2017.
