1) STATUS: 4-25-2017 Provide 100% mechanical plans. Comments to be addressed. 6-14-2017 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED. 6-22-2017 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 6-22-2017.

3) Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations, as applicable, plus fastening details for B-1 & 2, AHU-1 & 2, RF-1, 2 & 3, VF-1 and AS-1 & 2 to include the engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis. RESOLVED 6-22-2017.

4) M003 Clarify the minimum outside air setting required for AHU-1 & 2 required per IMC 403. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED VIA E-MAIL 6-15-2017.

5) M003 Smoke detectors are required for AHU-1 & 2 per IMC 606.2. Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED VIA E-MAIL 6-15-2017.

6) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT. (23.10.104.8.1) RESOLVED 6-22-2017.
