11) Provide a certified Lighting and Glare statement indicating the lighting is designed and meets the requirements of AMC 21.45.080X4e (Old Code as the lighting section in new code is not complete). ~5/5/16~ DB ~ Comment remains. I could not find a revised sheet E1.4 referenced in the response to comment. Lighting and glare certifications are typically placed on the over all site plan or photometric sheet but is required.

12) Comment Addressed 5/5/19 ~DB

13) Fire lane signs shall face traffic and be mounted at 90 degrees to the curb. Provide back to back mounting in areas that they are mounted on one side of a drive aisle. Comment remains ~ 5/5/16. If the signing and striping is to remain on the A050 modify as required.

14) The plan set includes multiple details related to ADA which appear to conflict with each other. Specifically the ramp and curb cut details presented in G015 do not appear to be similar to those presented on Sheet A015 or Sheet C3.0.

15) Please verify that the building entrance at the west end is fully ADA compliant. AMC 21.07.090 J requires the ADA parking to be on the shortest most direct route to an accessible entrance.

~~Traffic review shall be considered incomplete pending submittal of further design information; additional comment may be generated. ~ 5/5/16 ~ DB
