8/28/15 Submittal;

1) Provide a copy of the CP&D Approved Site Plan.

2) Provide a copy of the Summary of Action or conditions of approval for the platting action.

3) Provide complete haul route information indicating routes meet the requirements of AMC 9.46.410.

4) Provide all signing and striping information on the Plot Plan / Civil sheets including striping call outs and pertinent installation details.

5) Civil Sheets; Provide spot elevation information or other means to ensure constructability of all ADA accessibility requirements, including but not limited to ADA parking areas, access aisles, ramps, sidewalks and accessible loading facilities for slope and cross  slopes. Slope max call outs are acceptable.

6) Curb stops are shown adjacent to ADA parking spaces on A 050 which result in a substandard parking stall depth. Modify as required to provide 20' depth. Relocation of signs may be required. This information is required to be shown on the civil sheets. Curb stops are not shown on the civil sheets. Civil sheets and the A 050 shall match.

7) Show existing sidewalk in ROW along A Street on Sheet A 050 ( Civil and A 050 shall match).

8) Advisory comment; Sheet A 050; the tactile warnings shown at ramps adjacent to parking access aisles are optional. If the project provides tactile warnings at the driveway crossing for the public access to A street it should be provided for both sides of the drive aisle.

9) Sheet C1.0; Provide complete design information on the civil sheets. Please clarify how accessibility is being addressed at the pedestrian access route to A Street (please see points # 34, 35, 60, and 61). Sheet A  050 indicates some sort of ramp here.

10) Provide intersection sightlines meeting the requirements of Section 12 of the MOA Driveway Standard found in MOA Design Criteria Manual Appendix D.

11) Provide a certified Lighting and Glare statement indicating the lighting is designed and meets the requirements of AMC 21.45.080X4e (Old Code as the lighting section in new code is not complete).

12) Traffic review shall be considered incomplete pending submittal of further design information; additional comment may be generated.
