Advisory Information:

OK for Footing & Foundation ONLY, MG 9-10-15.    Other grading work outside of the building footprint such as storm drain and final grading are not approved.  By the developer going forward with the F&F the floor elevation will be set prior to approval of a grading & drainage plan stamped by a civil engineer that may result in significant increased costs to the developer to resolve site specific challenges to preparing an approvable site grading & drainage plan.

Correction, MG 9-10-15.
