Drawing A020, Code Analysis; There is an error in the "Area Determination (IBC 506.4)" calculation.  The multiplier is shown as 4; however, it should be shown as 3 per IBC 506.4, item 2.  Note that exception 2 does not apply here because it is specifically for buildings with sprinklers in accordance with NFPA 13R (IBC Section 903.3.1.2) and not for buildings with sprinklers in accordance with NFPA 13 (IBC Section 903.3.1.1) which already gets a 200% area increase.

Drawing A020, Code Analysis; There is an error in the "Actual Building Area by Floor" calculation.  Since you are using separated occupancies be IBC Section 508.4; the 45,000 denominator number is incorrect (it applies to R-1 occupancy).  What is required here is the similarly calculated denominator number for the the B, A-2, & A-3 occupancies.
