Comment: New general contractor walk-through to determine outstanding corrections. Previous list of corrections was contained in inspection #903255 dated 5/29/2026. Only some of those corrections carried forward to this inspection. Items corrected: *GFCI protection for pool lighting. *GFCI protection for TV receptacle. *EMT for pool pump room lighting replaced with PVC. Remaining corrections below. CURRENT CONDITIONAL ELECTRICAL FINAL EXTENDED UNTIL 8/31/2026. SEE CORRECTIONS BELOW TO EXTEND CONDITIONAL ELECTRICAL FINAL TO GAZEBO and pool.
