1) STATUS: 9/05/2024 Comments to be addressed.             10/02/2024 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED.              10/10/2024 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2018 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.            RESOLVED 10/02/2024.

3) Under "GAS CALCULATIONS" the added load is 1,800,000 (9 X 200,000) and the total gas load is 2,700,000. Please clarify.              10/02/2024 UNRESOLVED. UNDER "GAS CALCULATIONS" THE ADDED LOAD IS 1,800,000 (9 X 200,000) AND THE TOTAL GAS LOAD IS 17,389,000. PLEASE CLARIFY.             RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10/09/2024.

4) Under the "GAS SIZE CHART" the gas pressure regulators are to be vented to the building exterior per IFGC 410.3. Please clarify.                  10/02/2024 UNRESOLVED. THIS COMMENT WAS NOT ADDRESSED.                  RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10/09/2024.

5) On the Floor Plan gas piping layout, the loads for each supply branch are incorrect on the low side. Please clarify.                   10/02/2024 UNRESOLVED.  THIS COMMENT WAS NOT ADDRESSED.                   RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10/09/2024.

7) Please clarify that the gas piping is for 2# medium pressure gas.                10/02/2024 UNRESOLVED. FOR A BUILDING OF THIS SIZE MEDIUM PRESSURE GAS IS TYPICALLY RUN ON THE ROOFTOP WITH A PRESSURE DROP TO LOW PRESSURE FOR APPLIANCES WITHIN THE BUILDING. ALSO, THE GAS PIPING INSIDE THE BUILDING IS TAGGED "G" WHICH TYPICALLY REPRESENTS LOW PRESSURE GAS. ANOTHER ISSUE IS THAT MEDIUM PRESSURE GAS LOCATED WITHIN A BUILDING WOULD BE REQUIRED TO BE WELDED. PLEASE CLARIFY.                        RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10/09/2024.

8) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.  (23.10.104.8.1)                             RESOLVED 10/10/2024.
