1) STATUS: 9/05/2024 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2018 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.

3) Under "GAS CALCULATIONS" the added load is 1,800,000 (9 X 200,000) and the total gas load is 2,700,000. Please clarify.

4) Under the "GAS SIZE CHART" the gas pressure regulators are to be vented to the building exterior per IFGC 410.3. Please clarify.

5) On the Floor Plan gas piping layout, the loads for each supply branch are incorrect on the low side. Please clarify.

7) Please clarify that the gas piping is for 2# medium pressure gas.

8) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT. (23.10.104.8.1)
