1) STATUS: 10-23-2018 Comments to be addressed.                   11-02-2-18 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.                 RESOLVED 11-02-2018.

3) The valuation given for this project was $260,000. It does not seem that this would even cover the cost of the materials. The valuation is expected to cover all material and labor such as racks, erection of dust barriers (if required), unloading product off the shelves, demolition and disposal of the existing racks, periodic special inspections for the rack construction and special inspections for all of the post installed anchors. Please submit a change order adjustment for the correct valuation and corresponding increase in plan review fees.              RESOLVED PER CHANGE ORDER #X18-1966 RECEIVED 10-31-2018.

4) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.
