1) STATUS: 8-19-15 Comments to be addressed. 9-22-15 APPROVED.
2) The following comments based on the 2009 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 9-22-15.
3) Provide structural and seismic calculations plus fastening details for H1A & B and H4 & 5 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis. RESOLVED 9-22-15.
4) M1.1.4 The horizontal sections of grease ducts for H1A & B require cleanouts per IMC 506.3.9. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 9-18-15.
5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.
