Comments for 9/19/14 submittal:

1.) Identify all haul routes, demolition disposal and material sources, including frequency and types of proposed maintenance of haul routes and emergency telephone numbers and contact persons.  List the days and hours of haul route use and submit traffic control plan, if required.  The shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used. 

2.) Site plan sheet AG-1 does appear to label STOP (R1-1)/DO NOT ENTER (R5-1) signs at both sides of the northerly and southerly egress driveways as signs are clearly shown for the cenral egress driveway.  Please revise accordingly.   

3.) This review shall be considered incomplete pending receipt and approval of the requested revisions or additional comments.  9/25/14 ~DF~
