1) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.

2) APPLICABLE CODE REFERENCES:

Sheet TS101(Code Reference - Applicable Codes). The National Electrical Code adopted edition is 2011 not 2008. Please address.

3. SIZE OF CLEARANC FOR WATER CLOSET:

Sheet A-501. Partial Enlarged Floor Plans. The clearance around the water closet is less that the requirement. A clearance around the water closet should be 60 inches minimum measured from the sidewall. Refer to ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Section 604.3.1 and Fig 604.3.. Please address.

4) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
