Otherwise, Provide a drainage report prepared and stamped by a civil engineer licensed in the State of Alaska per the 2007 DCM Ch:2. Reference the 2007 Drainage Design Guidelines, Appendix A for preparation of a Drainage Report (follow the outline beginning on page A-3 and include relevant forms) to be submitted with the drainage and grading plan. Please provide drainage calculation inputs and results from modeling on a CD (EPA SWMM digital format or equivalent as applicable). Resolved with form C-3, MG 7-10-13.
