1) STATUS: 5-03-13 Comments to be addressed. 7-01-13 APPROVED.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 7-1-13.
3) Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations as applicable, plus fastening details for AC-4 and AD-4 & 5 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis. RESOLVED 7-1-13.
4) M-1 "Medium Pressure Gas. The installation of a medium pressure gas system (2 psig or 5 psig)within a building must be pre-approved by the local gas utility. Steel piping shall be welded." (local amendment to IFGC 417.1) Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 6/20/13.
5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RESOLVED 7-1-13.
