Advisory Information:

Comments for 4/25/13 submittal:

 

1.) Identify all haul routes, material sources and disposal sites, including frequency and types of proposed maintenance of haul routes and emergency telephone number and contact persons.  List the days and hours of haul route use and submit traffic control plan, if required.  The shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used. 

 

2.) Provide cross and running slope grades or spot elevations to demonstrate that the proposed ADA ramp from Dimond to the enclosed entry is accessible.  To comply with ADA, pedestrian facilities shall have a maximum cross slope of 2 percent, a maximum vertical step of (1/4) inch, a maximum sustained running slope of 5 percent, or equal to the road grade if parallelling the roadway and maximum curb ramp slope of 8.33 percent.   

 

3.) Provide illumination plans with certified lighting and glare statement for all improved parking areas. 

 

4.) Please provide advanced warning signage for the pedestrian pathway.
