. The following comments based on the 2006 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolvedbefore a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 8-10-09. Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations as applicable, plus fastening details for RTU-T1, RTU-B1, MAU-1, HWG-B1, CU-B1, H-1 & 2and B-1 & 2 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis. RESOLVED 8-10-09. Please provide boiler B-2 piping details. 8-10-09 UNRESOLVED. PER PHONE CONVERSATION IT WAS STATED THAT THE MISSING BOILER PIPING WAS TO BE THE SAME AS ON THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED ORIGINAL PLANS(C/O#0). HOWEVER, THE ORIGINAL PLANS HAD TWO BOILERS CONNECTED BY A COMMON HEADER SERVING THE ENTIRE BUILDING WHILE C/O #2 APPEARS TO HAVE ONE BOILER PER FLOOR (TWO NOW AND TWO FUTURE). ALSO THE BOILER SIZES HAVE BEEN CHANGED FROM THE ORIGINAL, FLOOR PLANS HAVE CHANGED AND IT IS NOT CLEAR WHICH FLOOR THE RELOCATED (?) BOILER IS TO SERVE. PLEASE CLARIFY. RESOLVED 10-19-09. TO BE DEFERRED TO THE CORE AND SHELL. It appears that significant changes have been made to the floor plans since approval of the original plan set. Please clarify which pages need to be superceeded/deleted from the original set. 10-19-09 RESOLVED. TO BE DEFERRED TO THE CORE AND SHELL. M5.1 Please clarify the source of heat for the basement. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-16-09. Please clarify the status of the top two floor ventilation systems in that the floor plans have changed and the rooftop unit locations in the basic plan set conflict with C/O #2 rooftop units. RESOLVED 10-19-09. TO BE SUPPLIED WITH FUTURE TENANT IMPROVEMENTS. When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include written response to comments, clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RESOLVED 10-19-09. Provide a deferred submittal/change-order for a 2-Hour shaft enclosure to encompass the ducts that penetrate the 2-Hour exterior west wall and run above the roof line.
