. C(1): The following comments based on the 2000 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications doesnot permit the violation of any section of the Uniform plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 5-16-05. C(2): Per UPC the drainage required for the bathroom area is 4" and is in agreement with the plans. However, per UPC 904.1, the total cross sectional area of the vent pipe for that area is to be equal to the waste line. Even though there is a 3" VTR, the actual venting provided is only 2" carrying the whole load prior to increasing as it goes through the roof. Please address. RESOLVED 5-16-05.
