If this comment is resolved, and installation only permit can be permitted at the contractor's and owner's risk. The racks can not be loaded until the item that follows is resolved. B) Please provide drawings and details for the construction of the racks. Please provide calculations verifying the rack members capacity. Should the contractor decide to install the racks upon the resolution of comment A above, it shall be at the contractor's and owner's risk. If there are any deficiencies discovered upon the review of the racks, field fixes will need to be submitted and reviewed before the racks can be loaded.
