. C(1): The following comments are based on the 2000 International Building Code (IBC) and must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 5-04-05. C(2): On G9/ADA-2 the minimum clear space (free of other fixtures or partitions) along the wall in back of the toilet should be 60" per ANSI A117.1 paragraph 604.3. It appears that this detail does not apply to this project. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-25-05.
