The approval of plans and specifications doesnot permit the violation of any section of the Uniform plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. C(2): In the food service equipment schedule on P-1 it indicates that the dishwasher (11A) has a 2" indirect waste. Per UPC 704.3 this should be a direct connection. Please clarify.
