. C(1): The following comments are based on the 2000 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. C(2): Please clarify the access to the new roof mounted mechanical equipment. IMC section 23.20.306.5 requires access from inside the building. Also address climbing over obstructions greater than 30 inches in height such as the roof joint between the new and existing buildings. Architectural is approved for footing and foundation. RESOLVED 3-7-05 PER NEW SKETCHES ATTACHED TO PLANS.
