The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. C(2): Please see details 1, 2, and 3 on sheet A2.1. Per ANSI A117.1, section 404.2.4.1 and table 404.2.4.1 maneuvering clearance at swing doors with forward approach from the latch side are required to have a minimum 18" beyond the latch parallel to the door. If you revise the door swing in, all requirements are met.
