. C(1): The following comments based on the 2000 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications doesnot permit the violation of any section of the Uniform plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. C(2): Reference the trench drain serving the bar. Indirect waste receptors must be an "approved" type per sections 801.3 and 804.1. Section 401.1 clarifies that "approved" fixtures are listed fixtures. Section 802 requires administrative approval.
