. C(1): FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS: Provide separate submittal, review, permit & approval for sprinkler, fire alarm and hood suppression system. Hood system shall be connected to terminal fire alarm system. A manual reset shall be provided to electrically operated gas valves supplying the hood system. Add horn/strobes in the work area as requiredto meet code. C(2): FIRE EXTINGUISHER: Provide as required per IFC 906 for size, distribution, location and type. A multipurpose extinguisher is required within 75 ft travel distance to the work area. A "K Class" is required within 30 ft of the hood system. Both will be field verified at final inspection.
