. C(1): The following comments are based on the 2002 National Electrical Code and 2000 Internatinoal Building Code and should be resolved before a permit is issued. This correction list is not a building permit.The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC, or any federal, state or local amendments to these codes. C(2): Reference Disconnecting Means / Shunt Trip Beaker for the Building. We could not verify that the building is provided with disconnecting means that is readily accessible from outside of the building. NEC Section 230.70(A)(1) and MOA Amendment 23.230.70(A)(1) require service disconnect be installed at a readily accessible location from outside the building. This is also a requirement for the Fire Department. Please review and advise.
