. C(1): The following comments based on the 2000 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. C(2): Reference RTU-1. Please verify compliance with IFGC section 611.5 which requires 4 cfm of outside air per 1000 btuh input. Since both the gas burner and outside air modulate, this requirement must be met throughout the entire range of operation. RESOLVED 6-26-03 PER ENGINEER'S VERIFICATION.
