THE DETERMINATION OF 1994 CONCLUDED THAT THE SITE CAN ACCOMMODATE 156 SPACES IN THE PARKING LOT AND 20 SPACES IN THE GARAGE FOR 176 SPACES FOR THE 179 ROOMS IN THE HOTEL, SEE 10/31/94, LETTER FROM BRAD CHERRIER, WHICH STATES THERE ARE ONLY 179 ROOMS. TAX RECORDS AND BUILDING PERMIT 89-5833, INDICATE THERE ARE 182 ROOMS. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAILED PLAN AND CALCULATIONS FOR THE REQUIRED PARKING. WITH THE DELETION OF 20 PARKING SPACES IN THE CONVERSION OF THE GARAGE AREA TO STORAGE YOU CANNOT ACCOMMODATE THE THE REQUIRED 176 SPACES ON SITE; THEREFORE, A VARIANCE WILL BE REQUIRED THROUGH THE ZONING BOARD OF EXAMINERS AND APPEALS PRIOR TO A PERMIT BEING ISSUED.
