C(1): CHANGE ORDER APPROVED 3/19/01 CSK: This changes foundation walls from precast panels spanning between column footings to cast in place foundation walls on continuous strip footings. Please note that half size sheets were submitted to replace full size sheets S1, S4, and S7 in the drawings set. The contractor should pick up approved copies of the new drawings for use in the field. MOA inspectors must inspect per approved drawings only. A copy of RFI for a change to the vertical rebar spacing has been approved and a copy stapled to the drawings.
