. C(1): This review is based on the requirements of the 1997 Uniform Building Code (UBC) and the 1997 Uniform Administrative Code (UAC) and all adopted references thereto as amended by MOA. The following comments must be addressed before a permit can be issued. APPROVED FOR FOOTING AND FOUNDATION PERMIT 2/22/02 CSK APPROVED FOR FULL PERMIT 4/10/02 CSK C(2): Reference UAC 105, UBC 302.3, Item 4 and UBC 504.6.2. Please present an Alternate Means and Methods form to the Building Official for approval of the alternate protection at Doors 111D and 112C. The form may be downloaded from our website at www.muni.org. Coordinate door types with Door schedule and notes on Sheet A-2. 2/22/02 CSK: The alternate method for Door 112C will be approved. The other door is pending further investigation. 3/5/02 CSK: The alternate means and methodsfor Door 111D is denied. A vestibule is required for that door to the garage area unless the entire store is classsified per the electrical code OR unless the entire store is ventilated to provide 4 air changes per hour continuously. Please contact the electrical and mechanical plan reviewers for details.
