. C(1): The following comments based on the 1997 edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Mechanical Code or any federal, state or local regulations. C(2): Please revise plans to indicate the minimum required outside air to each space in accordance with UBC section 1202.2.1, which requires 15 cfm of o/a per person. Provide the occupant load and required cfm of o/a for each space. The plans show no o/a to the gringing lab and sales area, which are conditioned by the heat pumps. RESOLVED 9-5-01. THE EXISTING MALL SYSTEM PROVIDES 100% O/A TO EACH TENANT SPACE PER THE MALL'S MAINTENANCE ENGR.
