By definition UBC 308.1 Division I-1.2 occupancy would apply for more then 5 tenant spaces with patient incapable of unassisted self-preservation. The I-1.2/B occupancy separation requirement is 2 hours and the I-1.2/S-3 separation is 4 hours.
