. C(1): The following comments based on the 1997 edition of the Uniform MECHANICAL Code should be resolved before a permit is issued. This correction list is not a building permit. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform MECHANICAL Code or any federal, state or local regulations. C(2): The dental room must be separated from the rest of the building by a one-hour occupancy separation as shown on the revised Architectural sheets. Therefore combination fire/smoke dampers must be installed on the supply and return duct penetrations. Please verify compliance.
