This issue will be considered as a deferred submittal to be addressed by the engineer of record. 6 / 14 / 04: JCRC: This comment has not been responded to again. Please provide confirmation by "Coffman Engineers" to show that all their comments have been resolved- this include comments up to today (6 / 14 / 04).
