. C(1): The following comments based on the 1997 Uniform Building Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Building Code or any federal, state or local regulations. C(2): Addendum one sheet SKM001and SKM002 shows a fire damper in the duct work passing through the fan room wall of room C1101. This is a three one occupancy separation wall which requires combination fire smoke dampers. The wall is shown as a 3 hour occupancy separation on the original Architectural drawings.
