1) STATUS: 2/28/2025 Comments to be addressed.                             4/02/2025 APPROVED.


2) The following comments based upon the 2018 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.                 RESOLVED 4/02/2025.


3) P0.1                   At Keyed Note #5 where the gas piping exits the building there are three wall penetrations at that point. On P2.1 at Keyed Note #17 same location there are only two wall penetrations shown coming from the interior. Please clarify.              RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 3/26/2025.


4) 2/p2.5                 There are two floor sinks and one floor drain serving the Bistro Bar area. The horizontal trap arms for all three fixtures exceeds the maximum allowed per UPC Table 1002.2. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 3/26/2025.


5) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.  (23.10.104.8.1)                     RESOLVED 4/02/2025.
