2) The following comments based upon the 2018 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 6/21/2024.

3) Please clarify on the plans if the corridor wall is rated. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 6/18/2024.
