Advisory Comment: Right of Way Permit required for all work in Municipal Rights of Way, Public Use, generic Utility, Storm Drainage, and some BLM Easements. Types of work include, but are not limited to water and sewer service connections, new driveways, drainage improvements and landscaping improvements. Only contractors with a current Right of Way Bond on file in the Right of Way Office may obtain a Right of Way Permit.

Apply for an Encroachment Permit for the encroachment of the buildings, eaves, shed(s), fences, structures, etc., into the Street Rights of Way. No CCO will be issued without obtaining the permit.
