The plans provided are the manufacture layout for installation. Where is the electrical plans?

Please provide 100% designed engineered drawing by a registered professional electrical engineer of the State of Alaska. The design shall include wiring method, home run wiring with type, size of wires and conduits, over-current protection, panel schedules with connected and demand loads.
