Advisory Comment: Right of Way Permit required for all work in Municipal Rights of Way, Public Use, generic Utility, Storm Drainage, and some BLM Easements. Types of work include, but are not limited to water and sewer service connections, new driveways, drainage improvements and landscaping improvements. Only contractors with a current Right of Way Bond on file in the Right of Way Office may obtain a Right of Way Permit.

OK for Fill and Grading ONLY. Other grading work outside of the building footprint such as storm drain and final grading are not approved.  By the developer going forward with the F&G the site elevations will be set prior to approval of a grading & drainage plan stamped by a civil engineer. This may result in significant increased costs to the developer to resolve site specific challenges in preparing an approvable site grading & drainage plan. The developer is proceeding at their own risk at this time until all review comments are resolved and the level of permit sign off is sufficient for the appropriate construction elements.

A right of way (ROW) permit is required for the possible utility connections prior to working in the right of way.
