Spoke with Project Contact and they indicated that the work may impact signage and striping within the garage.  Revise the following sheets to address non compliance with federal ADA standards.  It appears that the property has sufficient ADA spaces if some need to be eliminate to address issues.

1.  Sheets A1.01 and A1.01A.  Accessible spaces along Grid line 1.5 between Grid A to C lack accessible aisle between or adjacent to spaces.  Non van accessible spaces require a 5 foot aisle that can be shared between spaces.  If wider than 8 feet than a no parking signage must be added.

2. Sheets A1.03, A1.03A and A1.03B. Accessible spaces along Grid line 1.5 between Grid A to F  lack accessible aisle between or adjacent to spaces.  Non van accessible spaces require a 5 foot aisle that can be shared between spaces.  If wider than 8 feet than a no parking signage must be added.

3. Sheets A104 and 1.04B. Accessible spaces along Grid line 1.5 between Grid D to F lack accessible aisle between or adjacent to spaces.  Non van accessible spaces require a 5 foot aisle that can be shared between spaces.  If wider than 8 feet than a no parking signage must be added.
