1) STATUS: 4/20/2022 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2018 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.

3) M1.2 This portion of the Dimond Mall is Type 1-A construction where combustible construction is not allowed per IBC 602.2. Please clarify on the drawings.

4) M1.2 Upper and lower cabinet enclosure venting is required per the manufactures recommended installation instructions. Provide details.

5) 1/M1.1 The total gas load from the meter is 1220 CFH. Please clarify.

6) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT. (23.10.104.8.1)
