1) STATUS: 1/31/2022 Comments to be addressed.                     2/17/2022 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2018 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.                     RESOLVED 2/17/2022.

3) M002                The specific thermostatic mixing valve required for lavatory P-4 is an ASSE-1070 point of use mixing valve per UPC 407.3. Please clarify.                                 RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2/15/2022.

4) M223                Provide an island vent detail for breakroom sink P-6.                       RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2/15/2022.

5) 2/M231             The application for HB-1 in the Utility Room is considered to be a high hazard and a standard atmospheric vacuum breaker is not acceptable for this use. The MOA would accept either a pressure vacuum breaker (PVB) or a spill-proof vacuum breaker (SVB) in this instance.                           RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2/15/2022.

6) M232                Provide waste and vent piping details for the 3-compartment sink, grease interceptor and adjacent floor drain.                 RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2/15/2022.

7) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.  (23.10.104.8.1)                                 RESOLVED 2/17/2022.
