There has been a stair and platform built without a permit which appears to occur at the same location as the proposed roof overframing in this project. The Notice of Violation (SR#170652) needs to be resolved prior to structural approval. If the unpermitted structure is to remain, outstanding structural review comments from C16-1597 will need to be addressed. Please clarify the approach. [Reference: AMC 23.10.103.5.2]
