1. The following comments based on the 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.

      2. CHANGE ORDER # X21-1036

      Please provide the detail rating on non conductive curtain that is intended to be used to in front of new

      277V line to ground transfer switch installation to change classification to condition 1 to meet current

      code.

     3. When the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans

     Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical  

     engineers stamp and signature.
