Advisory Comment: Right of Way Permit required for all work in Municipal Rights of Way, Public Use, generic Utility, Storm Drainage, and some BLM Easements. Types of work include, but are not limited to water and sewer service connections, new driveways, drainage improvements and landscaping improvements. Only contractors with a current Right of Way Bond on file in the Right of Way Office may obtain a Right of Way Permit.
Provide or correct the Vicinity or Location Plan.
Ensure General Notes include all construction to be in accordance with current version of MASS and the DCM.
Provide civil details such as a pavement cut replacement detail, curb cut details as required, or refer in the general notes to comply with MASS details.
Show, label, and dimension all recorded or platted easements, property lines, street names, rights of way, and right of way centerlines.
Correct all easement names to that of the plat(s) of record or recorded documents.
Depict on all appropriate sheets the existing and proposed construction.
