This review is based on the requirements of the Anchorage Municipal Code (AMC), 2012 International Building Code (IBC) and all adopted references thereto as amended by MOA. The following comments must be addressed before a permit can be issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of the codes, or any federal, state or local regulations.
1. Please provide the calculations package including wind uplift, roofing fastening and lateral requirements for roof-top mounted equipment.

2. Please provide a General Notes drawing sheet stating code design criteria and specifications for the divisions of work used in the project and Special Inspections required.
3. Drawing sheet S201 and S202: Please provide the details of roof framing and roofing attachment for unknow areas of the roof as a deferred submittal.
