Advisory Comment: Review based on IBC 2012 and local amendments. This review does not permit the violation of the building codes or any governmental regulation.

Structural Comments:

1. Although the submitted calculations appear adequate, no drawings indicate the work to be approved so that an inspector can verify the callouts that appear in structural calcs.

Please provide drawings or sketch showing work to be done. Callout stud framing, strapping, RTU fasteners and spacing on plans. If using existing drawings submit redlines to be approved.
