1) STATUS: 6-05-2020 Comments to be addressed.                6-18-2020 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.                  RESOLVED 6-18-2020.

3) SKM-1                    Provide the stamp and signature of the engineer of record.              RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 6-8-2020.

4) SKM-1                    3000 CFM exhaust from Documentation/Storage 455 is somewhat over 120 air changes per hour for that room. That would seem to be excessive. Please clarify.          RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 6-8-2020.
